Returns

1.1 Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not possible, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Defects

2.1 If you receive a product with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide detailed information and photos of the issue.

2.2 Once we receive your report, we will review the case and decide whether the defect is approved for a return.

2.3 If approved, we'll provide you with instructions for the return. The product must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

Refunds

3.1 Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued as a Mr. Brickseller Gift Card.

3.2 The gift card never expires and can be used for any product available in our store (mrbrickseller.ch)

3.3 Refunds to the original payment method are not possible.
