SHIPPING VIA SWISS POST:

It is important to us that the products are delivered from Switzerland in order to guarantee the best possible service and outstanding customer satisfaction.

COSTS:

Delivery is free of charge for our Swiss customers. This applies to all parcels sent within Switzerland.

DELIVERY TIME:

The delivery time for our products depends on the product and the size of your order. It can be between 2 and 12 working days. The estimated delivery time will be displayed before you place your order and will also be included in your order confirmation email. We endeavor to provide accurate delivery times so that you can plan your order accordingly.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us via Whatsapp or email. This will contain all relevant information, including tracking details, so you can track the status of your delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS:

Delays may occur due to the waiting time for our partners to fulfill your order. We will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process and once your order has been shipped, you will receive the shipping information. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:

We process orders during normal working days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. We reserve the right to take company vacations during which no orders are processed. This will be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance.

LIABILITY:

Sneakers Chiarelli is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We will of course help to resolve the claim as quickly as possible and will be transparent about our handling processes.
